      Clifton Edge is a large, upmarket apartment situated a stone’s throw from Cape Town's most famous and popular beaches; situated opposite the steps to Clifton 1st and 2nd Beach.

      The double storey apartment has a tasteful nautical theme throughout; with sea blue and light wood decor giving the apartment a lovely holiday feel. The lower level is dedicated to entertaining and easy holiday living with the dining area and the lounge opening onto the large, tiled deck and pool area.

      The large deck has a swimming pool, dining table for alfresco meals, sun loungers and an impressive sea view along the coast line to Camps Bay. Because of the limited space on Clifton’s crowded slopes, a private swimming pool is a rare luxury.

      Wake up to sweeping sea views from the main bedroom upstairs. There are two other double bedrooms which share a bathroom.

      Clifton Edge is in White Cliffs building, a well-known and sought-after block on Clifton’s Victoria Road. The building is secure and guests have access to undercover parking.

      Clifton Edge is not only close to the Clifton Beaches, but also a couple of minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars in Camps Bay, or Sea Point and the V & A Waterfront in the other direction.

      Enter on this level. The dining and lounge areas are open plan and lead onto the large deck.

      Arrival and Departure Check-in time is at 14h00 unless otherwise arranged.

      Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

      Please make contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 9644 during office hours, or on +27 82 333 9084 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates are deemed to be a cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Your deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the said terms and conditions. No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information and communicated such to the client.
